Flexible Inputs

Luke Wroblewski writes another great article on why we should advocate for flexible inputs in our forms.  We’ve gone to flexible inputs for our internal apps for awhile and its amazing how much cruft they cut out of the user interface (no more help text, multiple fields or calendar pickers).

Update: Luke has now posted some video’s showing a way to use input masks as a way to use flexible inputs.  Very nice, this is something we’ve adopted recently.
